yeah. That is when I use the Apple Watch Breath app.....

I have a weird habit.... after 5 min warm up run, you will see me move to a corner which I find scenic to do a 5 min breathing exercise.

Cos I always mess up my breathing when I run.... start to pant too early if I do not control it.

I cannot run fast too. So I try to learn how to run long. My bottom line is I want to move more.

I still prefer swimming tho, gentle on the knees n doing laps is a no brainer to unwind n be deep in thots. Some people tells me use the water proof swim use earphones for music, got the sony one yrs back but just didn't use it in the pool, not sure if it'll rosak in the water.

Actually I totally agree with you. But going to swim in any decent pool nowadays is a chore. Got to book in advance.

The condo pool..... it is irregular shape that makes doing lap very challenging.

I don't need headphones while swimming. I have a natural music. I find the bubbling sound very therapeutic as I swim. Lets me know that my lungs are working well. Unlike the burning sensation when I am running.

I did. Of course I did not plan to run in the rain.

The rain stopped, so I started running and half way, it rain again.

This time did not see any chio bu who get caught in the rain together with me though.
