Newbie here..which spa is better? DELTA spa, fortune spa or myplace spa?

Would like to go to the spa but don't know which to go..

Need your advise

Personally never tried fortune ... but they provide full svc.(therapist shld be better looking as i think they share same database as the spa in grand mercure harmoni). Delta/myplace is more massage oriented, havent really seen pretty therapist b4. if you take 3 x 45min session at delta/myplace... hj is inclusive/complimentary.

So what type of spa are you looking for?

There's quite a few choices for you... alexis, 1001, malioboro, emporivm, illigals, suncity, orchardz, classic etc etc. These are much nearer to you as compared to fortune. I think cheapest would probably be classic n orchardz. all of them has got full svc option but the massage wont be that proper as of delta/myplace. If you do not mind, maybe you can check out orchardz jayakarta or orchardz industri... go there n ask for their pink lady. If you do not take their paket, i think massage itself would be 280k.. and then if you want full svc their standard rate there shld be about 300~350k tips. Or take one of their paket (butterfly,icesmoothie, etc) at about 750k which is all inclusive.

Btw went to Sun City KTV last night. Wasted trip as stocks are no good during this period. According to a local friend who is with me, they are also very tamed compared to other places but there are girls who speaks English fairly well.

U can try asking the PR to recommend. Normally pink lady are the ones who are prettier. But beauty lies in the eye of the beholder so u have to find out for yourself. U can also google orchardz jayakarta kaskus for reviews... they have a special thread.

4th-8th july would be holiday in Indonesia, I believe Alexis/Malio will probably be closed on 6th-8th. If possible, I would suggest you postpone your trip by 1 week at least... otherwise Jkt would probably be a ghost town during that period. Safest bet would be to avoid +/- 5 days from lebaran.

Just checking in here to give a tip or two.

Besides the usual Alexis, Malio, etc etc, the best thing about Jakarta are the girls. You can definitely pick up girls from anywhere.

I usually start from my own hotel. Stay in Jalan Sudirman area. In the day I usually zone in for the OLs on lunch breaks. Not the super 'atas' kind but normal GND. For some reason I find the girls on smoke breaks the easiest target. I'll usually just start chatting them up, English also can lah, just say you're here on business trip, ask them for dinner after work or sth. These girls have nth else to do in Jkt, the jam must be crazy, might as well kill some time.

At night, I can guarantee a 99% hit rate at the clubs. Just buy them drinks. Avoid the CJs kind of pubs, I like to go for the actress wannabe crowd at the younger crowd clubs.

If all else fails, then just hit to Alexis. But it's really worth a try picking up chicks.
