doing pushups, squats, pull up, mountain climbers
been abit homeward bound to go for runs because of work. The only easy day was yesterday, keep fighting on bros. Healthy body, nicer body, still gets some women (the older aunties)

depends on food intake esp half boil eggs,but of course if kept for sometime there will be plenty so far own massaging with nutmeg oil helps a lot,only 1 type I used soothing n warm

Did a testosterone test and the result is normal, 21.8 nmol/L ref range (6.68 -25.70).
Took 5mg cialis but dun seems to have the effect. Any recommendation? |

I still feel what works best for me is weights training. I use dumb bells and bench press 3 times a week. I notice that after each session, the day after I get morning wood, solid hard, no need for Viagra. Research shows weight training does boost testosterone and testosterone is at highest levels in the morning, so maybe that’s why. Btw, I’m 60.
