You should look for fave hotel close to classic hotel for walking distance.

alila actually next to emporium spa, which actually owned by alexis price a bit cheaper compare to alexis
also there grand mercure hotel close thee, the spa offer full service.

first of all the police raid is not common, the only way you get raid in hotel if you are going to cheap seedy motel.

Kota area have some high class hotel as well
Alila, grand mercure, novotel located in kota area and all are safe.

Unless you are staying in sofyan hotel group, you can bring the girl back to room with out any fee or issue with hotel.

Mulia and Park lane is quite far from kota area.

well it is walkable but not the kind of walk you want to do especially at night.
I think about 1 kilo walk from alila tu classic

also I make a mistake, the hotel close to classic is Tune pasar baru.

Btw you do know that classic also have regular room right?

tune and fave is low budget but clean hotel

Fave room is clean, i have stayed but not in that location.
Tune definitely closer

Classic hotel I have not tried to stay in the hotel. I'm local so rarely need to stay overnight.

Some people can get more but do remember the place actually only allow up to hj
