Remember book from KTV mummies so do not get "Mark-Up" from travel agents or tour agents (had experiences where girl was from 300 cat. but was marked up to 400 cat. and 400 cat. became 500 cat.). But of course not all agents are like that but beware of these type of tricks. For me I only use mummy that I trust and used for over 8 years so I know she does not pull fast one over me or my friends.

missed the good old days squeezing in MF FS / fishmarket... biggest strenght i've heard from MF mm was abt 1k mms in FS

hahaha got daikors said before liao and i agreed too... maybe liquor or ktv will drop in view of promotions to attract customers.... on the other hand they need to attach ggals back to cp to work as well so i doubt gals pricing will drop ....of coz if it drops then we more than happy ...

Most people just takes the bus as it's a lot less hassle and most likely faster.

Via shekou, you'd need to first get down there which will take at least an hour either by private car (expensive and subject to delays/traffic jams), or a bit cheaper by train to lowu and subway to shekou - at least 100 minutes to do this. Then you gotta give say 45 minutes leeway/immigration clearance etc and to make sure u make the departure, and then another hour or so on the ferry.

And you can either take the bus to gongbei/zhuhai, or all the way to Macau.

If u're in Shenzhen already, then the ferry can make sense, but if you're in Chang Ping, I'd definitely suggest just going on the bus.

Bro, I took both ways before and I prefer the crossing from ZH into Macao. Personally, I find it easier on land because the ferry ride feels like longer and the ride is not comfortable. In view of the frequent storms recently, land is still relatively safer than water.

But, that's my personal experience.

Personally prefer via land. Boarding/alighting the ferry is a chore and subject to weather conditions too.

Bro, why not just book a private car from ZH to CP esp if more than one pax?
Will cost more but in S$ still ok, and faster, comfortable n less stress.

A private car would seem to be a preferred option, but for myself, I would much rather go by the bus.

The way that traffic and drivers are in China and that these time constrained private car drivers are always speeding, I feel a lot safer on a bus. As for comfort, most times these buses are not full and I can really stretch out and enjoy the scenery on my higher and safer perch on the bus.

Just my own druthers.

Just a update for CP,

16 KTV with the licence to open have/will be opening soon. (please don't ask me which 16)

If you want to be sure if the KTV that open do have the licence to open, ask them to send a copy of the letter from GongAn which stated that they are allow to open.

Any KTV without that letter and open... will most likely to be check. Please don't place yourself at that kind of risk.

And there are gals at some KTV, (same thing.. don't ask me which KTV else wait the mod going to delete this post again.) Just that they arrange for those customers that they know well. Of coz, don't expect 400-500 gals like last time... it will take a while before it reach that kind of level again... and the process take time.... since they can't bring a group of 10 in like last time...

And one thing... Flower Street and Sauna... those are things of the past... no more... since all KTV that allow to open.. have CCTV in the main hall area that link direct to the GongAN.

So... most important.. ask to see the licence. don;t just ask have or not... they sure tell you have...
