I am just responding to the thread title and didn't go through all the messages thus far. All I can say is that funds are for the individual to handle, and ultimately it is up to the individual's taste and perspective of the attractiveness of local girls. I do know people who are not well off but still apply for extra cash loans to spend on locals while the more affluent spending on Viets and Thais.
