Urine testing is the general screening for the masses..... blood test is for those whom the authorities suspect to have consumed prohibited substances or failed the urine test or showed symptoms of being under the influence of drugs or those that are incarcerated. All prisoners must undergo blood testing for traces of drugs, STDs, HIV and infectious diseases before they begin their sentences.
There is also follicle / glands testing..... coz drugs residue will remain in your hairs and sweat glands for more than 100 days.

And all Singkie males undergo drug screening quite often.... during NS..... during reservist ...... during hospitaliization..... during employment (if employed by the gahmen or security forces)..... and clubbing or party animals are often targetted for selective screenings.
