its as real as it gets bro... tirakship is rampant in the GL scene. thats the real deal. some survive to make it to the next level n beyond, others just move on. sad to say not many would admit to being in it. ppl succeed ppl fail... to be fair, its all their own efforts or misfortunes regardless of the results. some lessons learnt, some move on, some choose to dwell on the past... in turn concluding that they're all rotten apples.

if this is all but a fantasy, then i think u're probably sleep walking in the streets of GL. n the bonks u've had r most likely blow-up sex dolls n not real gals. or better still "5 against 1" in ur own toilet cubicle. if anyone's living in fantasy n cant see the living daylight of the reality of how n y a normal gal would resort to this trade for reasons not many can comprehend.

As long as we are aware that there are 2 sides to a coin, we can accept that somehow one side of the coin is weighted more heavily and thus most of the time that's the way it will come to rest - the "tirak" side. Nevertheless, on rarer occsions, the other side - the true tirak - can also happen. Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water.

Of course the tough part has always been to differentiate when is the tirak only a "tirak" in reality. It is so easy to get fooled by the KC that gets thrown at us, even though time and again, we realised that most genuine cases has little KC being played cos she has no need to. Ultimately we must get back to the basics - she is a woman 1st and a thai 2nd. If she is not doing things that a woman and a normal thai lady would do for the man she loves (put aside the WL factor), it is probably not a reality, but just an illusion. When ORD approaches and theres' still no serious talk (not just general ideas that requires no firm action plans) on what both would do together and individually, and if you are not in discussion with her on her actions plans, dun place your hopes too high. IMHO, I think that if the guy is not involved somehow with her departure, chances are he will probably not hear from her again or at most, as a distant friend. Therefore I do place an important emphasis on her home address.

Too often guys think that one of her customers WILL be chosen. There is yet another possibility - NONE is chosen cos she is not ready to retire. Its just going to be a change of location (may be another country) or a different status (from WL to a professional FL) when she leaves this shores. So if your so-called tirak is not showing clear signs that she is sick of the whole WL thingy by the time ORD draws near, and each day has bbecome a torture that has to be endured cos she cannot leave yet, maybe she is not qoing to retired as yet......

reality is there's many guys here who fall for tirakship lah, some newbies, some 老鸟 (who know the deep shit they get into when they involve with WL/FL etc) but still want to have more of the same poison-but perhaps in larger dosage.

on the contrary, i suggest you better start finding yourself an easier target, those that sway their thoughts like the 'lalang in the fields of SAF playground' (borrowed words from suteerak1099). or why not pick on those 老鸟 that have been insistant that tirakship isnt healthy yet they still have scores of tiraks? i mean no disrespect, but if tirakship truly is poison then it wouldnt take too many tirakships to tell a person how bad it is.

there's definately some truth that tirakship can lead to success stories, but by then, the success stories are kept under the matrimonial blankets, behind the closed 喜喜 doors. and precisely so, and the reason why we normally read/hear more the failed accounts and never really see the light at the end of the tunnel.

bro free, some interesting perspectives, but i beg to differ. it really depends on how the WL thinks. she may want to just leave all past memories behind, so her only real tirak is yusof ishaak (bcos she has more his face in her wallet/purse/handbag compared to the miserable 01 x neoprint photo with her "tirak").

another way of seeing things can also be the case where, she's going all out to fool the fool/milk the fat cow until he's dry prior to her departure back to LOS. and when all is said and done, the real tirak will go over to be with her happily-ever-after.

whether or not a WL choose to retire for good or to continue, really depends on how much she makes in the 2 yr stint, and also depends if she's found the reason to stop. there's 1001 ways of speculating and seeing things, but so far, nobody is able to publish the model answer in this 10year series of tirakship.

I have a fascination for Mr Yusuf Bin Ishak, Singapore's 1st President. Not the same fascination you shared with suteerak1099.

First of, you write, well, typically like him. Good for you since you stay in Punggol and he in Seng Kang. The proximity must have rubbed on you somewhat.

Back to Mr Ishak. That's his correct spelling. You seemed to enjoy the same fascination of using Mr 'Ishaak' in $ terms to highlight your point... just like suteerak1099. I did a search on the forum using this unique way of spelling 'ishaak'. Only the 2 of you have that.

So can I ask whether you are suteerak1099? You have the right not to answer, it's fine. And if I'm mistaken, I apologise. You write like sutterak1099.
