bro just came back from hattyai yesterday after spending four days there,first 2 day weather still ok but on tues and wed weather not very good been raining whole day not heavy but non stop from morning to night, hope this info help for bro going there soon

Looks like the 2nd Wave is taking shape and falling into place. Water cannot drain fast enough or the sea level same or higher than land. Omi-tor-fu.

Reach Hatyai this morning, everywhere seem quiet and light raining for the long day, so light sometimes when I walk around yet don't feel it at all. Heard from a tour agent owner that the flood reach about 1.6m at his shop during first week of November. The street seem normal as of now, hope it don't get any worse. The number of farm and gal seem getting less a bit, price range from 1500-2000baht.

Take care bro, the Uthaphao river has already risen 3 metres overnite and it has only been light intermitten rain these couple of days. Be prepared to evacuate when the rain starts pouring continously....... experts estimate the river can still tahan another 16-18 hrs of heavy rain before it will burst its banks and flood Hatyai. The water flows is from Sadao (higer ground) into the Utaphao river towards Songkla lake cutting through the heart of Hatyai city.

Next week will the hotels be fully booked because of the coming holidays- sunday and wed ????? Most probably flooded with water not people. Danok will be flooded with people. Situated in sadao, so safer higher ground. I guess so.
