Thanks to information provided by bros here, manage to explore almost all of hatyai but of course with some hipcups. FR is written from a newbie pov and is not so detailed however i'll give my honest opinion of the place.
took tigerairways night flight reach hatyai, after arrival at the airport, realise there no cabs in sight only the airport van, shared by 8person it costs 70baht/person to the hotel, imo i find it cheap and good and it reach our hotel 1st at hatyai palace hotel.
The hotel room is clean, spacious and with a nice bath tub at 550baht. there is 7-11 nearby and the hotel recept is very friendly and can speak mandarin, hokkien quite well. so upon arrival what can the horny bros do, of course check out the night scene. so off we went to kIss lounge which is a stone throw away.
Kiss lounge looks grand and upon arrival at ard 11pm u can see ladies at the entrance, but quite disappointed by the quality of the ladies. there was like 10 gals, but only 1 looks nice. She was tall n fair. Inside kiss lounge u can watch the live band perform but there was only 3tables with people. so off we went to another place. Rating 5/10

Big area, with live band performing chinese n thai songs. The bikini dancers are much nicer n prettier than kiss lounge ! and they are kinda fun to play with too. Music played is also RNB which suits us and 4 of us had a bikini gal each and there this tall fair female call AUM and she perform an erotic act in the fountain..nosebleed sia.. haha my friend sit with her and he kinda like her, but she was unavailable for booking that night and also for subsequent nights! Ever since I came to H city 5-6 years ago, I have stayed in a few hotels before but after I found Hatyai Palace. I never changed hotel again. Everytime I come, I will stay there. My main reasons are 1) that it is away from the crowded LG area, 2) the deluxe room is the biggest I have seen so far for that kind of rate (700bht).3) There have porn channel on TV
I always used the above reasons to persuade friends who cheong with me to stay there.
However, the hotel is really not very "clean". Even hotel81 are better than their standard. This time is worst! I had cockroaches visiting me every night and aircon spoilt! My friend even had cockroaches go join him and his puying in bed. I complain to the manager and she was nice to go in the pest bustersm change the rooms for all of us. She stop short of offering even more discount though.
We nearly wanted to change hotel and visited a few around the area, namely the neo hatyai hotel, garden new wing and merlin. Still no one of them offer the 3 advantages I named with the kind of price so in the end we stayed put.

Morning wake up already having erection defintely must find some bonkings 2day. so around 10+am.. walk around looking for food instead of oysters..wrong move. when we visit the farms from 11-12 noon at SKY only within walking distance from hotel.. doesnt see any gals we fancy at all. some farms left with only 2gals maybe we were really picky cos in gl, u can easily find fair or sweet ladies in the tanks. However for the farms, is not so lo.. most dark-skinned. but they can undersand mandarin or hokkien really well. We went in, sit awhile they feel our dis interest due to our conversation, they just walk out from the room. SKY easily around 12 farms along the street. all just facing each other and side by side.
Newbies dont be afraid to walk in.. if see you dont like, can smile, be courteous and just walk away to the next ktv.
The popular one is Wonderful and is like out of SKY area and why i know bcos tuk tuk brought me there and it doesnt have a signboard like most farms, very discreet like the gl i went to in taiwan few months back..
tuktuk charges 2000-2500 baht but if u explore urself charges are 1500, 1800-2000 and 2500baht why 2500baht ? bcos i think this gals still student n quite young.
*B/F at SKY would be the recommended dimsum stalls u find along the street. Siew mai, chicken feets, stall damn nice and is cheap, many locals ate there too. Channavit
After walking around in SKY sweating profusely went back hotel for a bath, decide to try channavit, take a tuk tuk there. tell them SK hotel,but driver also smart, know u go there find gals. so will try to phsyco u or like a leech follow u to every ktv to earn commision, but be firm and say SK hotel. From there we walk towards the ktv. the biggest is of course jenny but change name to HAPPY77 already, also saw farms like lovely 1,2 and 3
next is the ktv call suriya, defintely suriya is more popular, bcos go in only no more gals !!

Not everynight must go chiong ma, 2day relax so we went KTV at sakura hotel 2nd level. So many ktvs sign until feel the urge to sing. The place is quite grand sia, room also clean and door doesnt have window like k-box n such so quite private and prices is just market rate ba. All the rooms are taken up and we were lucky to have a small room man. we bring our red wine and order sprite there since only 4 people. My gal told me can ask hostness there to company us to sing but we never try la, got own gals liao. But i was in the corridor and i do saw pretty syts there, dono is WL or other bro's gals. hehe. So first hour for small r/m is 300baht subsequent hor is 200baht/per hour.
* there piano ktv near hatyai palace can't miss it one. has a big purple neon signboard with piano logo. But we went in and come out liao, cos the system like not very good. However got gals quite cute sitting outside which u can ask to accompany u for that duration.
*pet thai night mkt is like a very mini chatutchak night market. Lots to eat and shop. Bros' who liek to drink ice-mocha or ice milk must try it there, very cheap and nice man at 25baht and quite a generous cup.

Yes, Channivet not only offer more girls, they are generally younger than those in Seekimyong. And generally, prices quoted in SKY is higher because they are suppose to offer "better" service, many cheongsters does have different opinion about it.

You can try New Season Hotel, it is slightly more expensive at 850baht, and it is definitely clean. However the downside is that the room would not be as big as Hatyai Palace deluxe room.
