Hi bro, thanks for the reply. BTW, I still need to go court to fight it again? As I mentioned, we agreed verbally and now the sstory has been change on her side after the court order award the house to her, and if I can manage talk to her about the house and lets say she agree to split the house,can I stop the transaction now and sell if the court order states to transfer? Or I need to change the court order again before i can sell?

If the house is an HDB flat, HDB will act according to the directions stated in the court order. If it is pte pty, you will need to go back to the courts to vary the order. You cannot suka suka do as you wish contrary to the directions set out in the court order, you will end up in jail.

I am 53Years old having 3 children, now in the midst of divorce.
We have agreed on custody of children and maintenance.
But My wife insist that I transfer our Matrinomial flat to her Name.
The flat is 90% paid by my CPF, will the court grant her the flat.
I intend to sell it off and transfer $50,000 from my cpf to her account to help her buy another flat.
4 years ago I was working in Oversea, she claim that I did not support the family but I have no proof because I give her cash for monthly expenses.she is also claiming backdated allowance for last 4 years.
I need help here,
Please advice,what will the court ruling be

Yes bro, bout the court order I already knows...But what im still seeking help from bros here who ever experience the transfer procedure of the hdb flat..May I know how many times do I need to sign? And do I need to come down to hdb for the final signatory, just like when we purchase the flat? Coz I ve already signed the 1st option to transfer paper.

Bro, I need some help from you. I suspecting my wife is having a affair. And suspecting she bring the guy home when I not around. I like to ask that if I install cctv system that she don aware it. If got evidence, can I use it on the courts of adultery? And the flat is under my name. She is just a tenant in hdb records due to when we buy this flat, she haven reach age of buying. I like to keep the flat if we got divorce, is it possible? Hope that reply me as soon as possible. Thanks a lot. And do you have any lobang of installing cctv system or doing private investigation line? I have financial problem due to my son. Hope you can help? Thanks alot.

So wat if you have evidence of her adultery? It only gives you grounds to divorce her but it does not carry any weight when it comes to the distribution of assets part of the divorce. She has the Womens Charter in her favour even though she is clearly at fault and you WILL still be screwed by the f*cking Womens Charter.

If I were in your shoes, I will start moving all my assets/funds away from the marriage before I proceed to file for the divorce. Or alternatively, I will spend some money to "fix" that guy.

Thanks for the suggestion, I truly agree tat the women charters is very unfair to guys. No matter the girls do wrong, we still hae to separate our assets to them. Don noe who set the rules. I agree that about the money. I hae early transfer all my money to my relatives. To help me keep first. I can't trust her again where she do this to me. I think so as all Bro here.

Thanks for ur suggestion, I have a son. From the beginning till nw is I taking care of him when he cme back to my hse on weekend. My son is take care by mother in law on weekdays but when he is sick, I is the one tat taking care of him bring him go c doc, take medicine on time, c him overnight c my son is it ok, etc.. My mother in law will not take care of him. Funny rite? Got this type of mother in law ( grandma ). So when he sick, I have take leave. Maybe sometime urgent leave till my manager not happy. Really don noe why got this type of problem wherby taking care of my son and this family. In e end, I got a big reward. Haiz...

Hi Ninja Assassin and 99546. Any assets, including money, that you give your relatives and family members (excluding your wife) are only considered as gifts if they were given away at least 6 years ago. If you are undergoing divorce and you had just given away your assets, your soon to be exwife can claim against your relatives for your assets. I heard this from a divorcee woman. I am not a lawyer.

Those with money best consider moving your money oversea. You can claim money lost in bad investment etc but important to remember is court only look at affidavit file they are not bother about the truth or authenticity of claims the onus is not on them to prove but the claimant. So the more "genuine" your claims the more likely the familee cock will rule in your favor. Why overseas? Not unless your ex oc got good connection but normally overseas harder to trace your funds.
