Personally.. i feel late Mar onwards when all meimeis should be back to work.

Yes, they'll be back in earnest starting next week when the traditional CNY season ends; Just don't leave it too long and get too close to the Canton Trade Fair which starts April 15 this year.

Aakumu, frankly best time is when ur ready. Now that cny is almost over, full strength line-ups shld generally be avail by Mar.

agreed, bro. generally starting says after CNY, gals start to come back, also bring little sisters those newly join along.
