I used mine but can't log in at all. Anybody can advise.

You have to call or sms to activate the GPRS service , 5rmb per month package should be good enough if you only use it for wechat / qq .

I think your apn is not set correctly. i was able to surf withot activating. And 200 rmb top up i use 5 days with data always on also no problem.

I cant remember the dpn as mine is autofill. Someone provide him the china mobile apn lol

I'm using china unicom (联通网卡). 9rmb per 300mb. Can text and call also but I did not utilise, using it for my ipad. I find china unicom has better signal for data in cp while china mobile （移动） has better signal for calling. Never try before china telecom (电信）

As for the nano card cutting, normally the shop can do it free if you purchase the sim card from them (that is if they have the cutter).

Nowadays they also supply nano sim card already but you have to go to the main branch to purchase it.

Yes that's why I suggested that just one guy have to set up a Wifi network with a Travel Router in his room and the rest of his buddies will benefit from it.

These days everywhere we go we need to get connected 24/7.

As you know free Wifi is unavailable in Mayflower KTV rooms.
The Wifi signal in Eurasia (Ou Ya) and Yi Hao KTV is also very volatile.

As long as there's LAN connection you can even set up your own Wifi network with a Travel Router in the KTV room!

yes, i agree its good to invest in one. Just buy the TP link travel router, those hp or cd shop along Zhongyuan should have, below 150rmb. If you go 大和 should be able to get it cheaper.

If u using iphone and android phone it is auto set when u put ur sim card in..unless ur sim card is ages ago...
