Haha I can't stay away I live 1 street from 8... but confirmed had dinner... supper last night with friends here... 2 of them had their cars vandalized because they were Japanese makes... Should not effect your fun just keep away from the effected area... and do not look Japanese and you'll be safe...

Yup, 11 AM in Chang Ping now and I just saw them marching in front of the Walter, doubling back towards the New Century and the Cultural center, accompanied by a phalanx of Police in riot gear.

Wonder where they're headed towards now.

Unfurl a few banners, shout a few slogans, raise the flag high and now an hour so later, except for a few people carrying their flags / banners home, all I see is the cops having their lunch at Harpers!

Hmmmm. Wonder how much cops make in Chang Ping?

this is my humble opinion:

Miraton Hotel, HuiHua hotel, Virgin & Huimei = best location
Ouya hotel = best bed in town, best breakfast
Yihao hotel = nothing to shout abt

Hmmm.... so how does the bed in Ouya enhance the "nookie" time ? Girl sleep in till noon ?

For the central stretch, Huimei & Miraton offer best value for $$. Virgin rooms not as good and Hui Hua too ex and abit further.

Due to the constant media brainwashing over there, almost every girl I met in CP recently are vehemently against Japan. Lots of anti-japan sentiments in whole of china now. Think all those japanese stores and eveny SONY hp sales are affected.
