Indeed it’s a weird system that is not very foreigner friendly. Most of their locals get info on rates and who to go to from mini communities and forums.
They don’t like to disclose info too openly as fear of enforcement and also a lot who just likes to text different dommes for fun. It’s not an easy market to crack unless you get in but once you get in the choices are great.
Like IWLP said, you can give Mistress Su a try if you’re in SG now. Otherwise, it’s very hard to say what rate is reasonable in China blindly as their quality and rates have a huge range.
