I believe the house owner Ah Yong has really done alot of effort to bring up such a house in Geylang for a affordable price.

One could never find any house in Geylang that provide such facilities yet.
I've spoke to him before.
He spent over hundreds of thousands to bring about this house with a new concept.

So do spare a thought for his efforts before posting negative remarks that will japodise his business.
