the good thing with a hotel is it is hassle free.



if u r going to deal with all the hassle that comes with renting a condo ...... ie changing bed sheets, washing etc , drying yr sheets, ..... cleaning yr toilets, yr unit.....etc, etc, etc, paying monthly utility bills, broadband bills pay this pay that etc etc etc. ..... i mean if u can really deal with all of this and that, then u might as well buy a condo yrself, why rent ?

PLUS u run the risk some gals might get the 'wrong' idea.....ie they find out u have rented a condo here, they might just one day turn up with a suitcase ! .....

Thanks bro Yellow5001 & bro estys. Really good infos. Arrived Mnl slightly late 11pm check in hotel. A quick change then walk over to EDSA with a friend. had a few drinks at Firehouse and Cotton Club. As bros mentioned earlier not many lookers around . Only saw one 7-8 pointer. proceeded to MBC. Super pack for a Thursday night. Found a place to seat near the pool table. Again not many good one around. Only saw one nice looking fair chick without company. Called her over for a chat however she will only join us if we take her friend as well. My friend was not too keen so we stayed around for some more SM lite and Strongbow. No prospect so took a cab. Driver insisted to take us to Miss Universe but I told him to drop us at Binibini. Saw a mami outside so I pretended to know her and had some small chat. She took us in and gave us the usual discount for regulars. Choice of girls better than EDSA and MBC. 600php an hour to sit with us . Take out 6k. We took out 2. Good company. No regrets. Total bill came out to 4000php. Inclusive of bout 20 SM lite and tips for boy and mami.

matter of fact, many condos have 'serviced' apartment style service .. though, yes, not same as Hotel

Though in condo, you can get to make sex in different places, window, toilet, her and there .. which you don't get that mood in hotel (yes, kinky right ? )

depends which hotel ...... some of the more expensive hotels u will b surprised, u also have super large toilets, jacuzzi tub even.....and u also have high balconies, study tables, lazy chairs what have u ....


of course if u r in a Tune hotel type hotel, then limited lar ....




so, i would still say depends on what hotel u r staying in..............some hotels will easily beat your serviced condos....

I dunno about manila hotels. but I try to find hotels with 24hr maid staff. cheong anytime I want and tell maid to change everything when I got out to find new girl. if she has mens or pee the bed no worries be as dirty as you want .

but yes a condo saves a lot of money compared to staying at a hotel. a bar girl waitress friend offered to be my 24 hr maid when I vacation there if I booked a condo but I think she was joking.

I run my condo like a condotel. Everything is provided. You don't have to pay the melraco charges. Cable television and internet is also provided. I have a fully equipped kitchen and you can cook your own meal and have your own wine. Model quality girls prefer condos over hotel rooms. Yes you can buy instead of renting. But not many prefers to buy and maintain a cow just for fresh milk.

before I learnt my lessons, I had a travel agent girl friend in Manila book me hotel, almost 50% off ..

Only to realise she booked it so she can bunk in .. well, she had actually brought her clothes to work, so she can stay over, as the hotel was very near her work place in Makati .. It was three days of eerie fun ..

well, I did turn the situation around, by using her to pick other chicks, and set the rules, so she didn't get too stuck up or jealous .. it worked in my favour .. though, I would not want to go through it again.

Not in PH, but in Singapore, during my "MAID HUNT" Days, I have had maids go berserk, when they found out they are not going to get fucked for the day (as I had either screwed somebody the day before and lo-batt, or pissed drunk/hangover .. )

No sir, unless you are 100% sure the 'girl' will not get jealous or will be ok for her to share the room, think twice. ..

Hello bros, someone brought me to a karaoke joint. We had a big room together and was allowed to bring our own whiskey. We ordered a few chicks, all no too bad, at least better than MBC. At the end of the night, our damage was 2500PHP each for all drinks and girls time. There were 6 of us.

I thought this is pretty good deal. Next came the really good deal. We can screw the chicks and the drinks charges are waived.

So, have anyone came across such a deal? Thought this is pretty good. And to say the place is relatively new and not run down. It is along Roxas Bld.

love the comments and info / updates from the new and old bros, for me as I'm in PH almost 30-40% of the time, renting a condo is the most cost effective solution. not sure how the other bros feel but the investment market in ph seems to be very enticing right now due to the high growth experienced for the current and preceding few years. ie more of the ofws are coming back and looking for work locally, the locals get more loaded and are able to afford higher end places like condo hence prices will go up.... ideally anyway . as they say in pinoy land, any thing can happen. even while you're driving on the road minding your business, a jeepney from a lane perpendicular to yours can just drive through without care as he who dares wins!

bro Longitude, model girls prefer condos over hotels. but they prefer fine dining restos and chauffeur driven cars as well ..
