bro, i used to do the "mrt" from hk airport to kowloon, take a cab down to hung hom station, where there is HE XIE HAO direct to Changping station, should cost you less than 150rmb for the train ride.

but right now i prefer to take the ferry in hk airport to either Shekou or Fuyong and arrange for driver to pick up. so i can avoid the crowded custom queue to get into HK

ferry : 220HKD to shekou
driver : 260rmb to cp (depending on driver)

there is another way you can try, using the airport transport. but still you have to check out hk customs. but it cost approximate 200rmb to get you to CP.

Public Transport - Yes. Bus to Sheung Shui, MTR to Lowu, Walk to Luohu, CRH Train from Luohu to CP.

Total breakdown depends on condition of traffic, but in ideal situation
1. Bus from Airport to Sheung Shui (40min) -30+HKD
2. MTR from SS to Lowu (10 min) - 15HKD
3. Walk from Lowu to Luohu (5 min) - Free
4. CRH from Luohu to CP (31min) - 50 RMB

Waiting time and queueing time is different of course. If you got APEC card your crossing time from Lowu to Luohu immigration is very short (maybe 10 min), if you only got your SGP passport a bit longer depending on time of day. Give waiting time an hour and total is around 2.5 to 3 hours to CP from HKIA.

If you take MPV it's also around that time, and I see now it's very crowded and waiting time to board the car is also quite long.

Bro... yes SN = Sauna but don't expect those sauna you experience in SG. It's your first trip and you must really try Virgin Hotel SN.

As for FS = Flower Street. It's a few lines of girls at KTV for you to pick thus it's called "Flower Street". I'm not strongly recommending but you can try agent Gofly - Ken to arrange things for since it's your first trip.

There's another route which I think takes longer most of the time but if you are lucky is faster.

Bus from HKIA to Hung Hom A21 (around an hour). Train from Hung Hom to CP (around an hour and a half)
This depends on the limited amount of trains from HH to CP but is very convenient. There are 10 trains a day.

I think my last trip all my 3 nights mm are from wechat. What I did was i add them during my previous trip then slowly qc until left 3 gals..then arrange to meet them 1 day after another one of them is a Dj then one more is not working and the last one was a ktv gal..

bro there is a service by large bus company that take you direct from HK to CP huimei/virgin hotel 90 hkd. trip is 2.5 hrs go by highway. depart every hour from HK from 7:40am to at night. v convenient and comfortable.

there are pick up places at TST, MK, wan chai, CWB (CWB only in afternoon), etc.
and i thought it was quite considerate of them .. from healthy places like disney, ngong ping 360, ocean park .. also have bus to CP ??

only 15 SGD , no wonder HKers love to go there ..

other other than GoFly u can try are EuStar, ManTravel (Vivian), ISO. tried all before. price and service for first timers is approximate the same. just go which 1 to u more convenient n accessible. good to have options.

There is also HFIC Have fun in China but its not really active.

i read a english nonfiction book by a lady undercover as a bar/ktv girl in china (she is researcher). really sordid. she made frens with the ktv girls and shared their plights and tricks.

even though anecdotal experience is everywhere, it was still breathtaking to hear 1st hand account specifically what these girls do to outsmart their customers. make their various customers feel that the girls are truly sincere frens and not just one night friends.

and in the process, they open many revenue taps. so that they can fulfill desire of starting business..
