Bro: KTV no heater lah. Unless the establishment bring in those portable type into your KTV room, whether they have or do not have is another question. In China, or should be South China, meaning Jiangnan or South of Yangtze River, no built-in heating system. Use citibank, put excess cash into your credit card so it is a negative balance. Then go any ATM and withdraw. No extra advance charge and interest if u have a negative balance on your card

Do note exchange rate sucks to the max
