And oh, an addendum.

Apparently with this yanda, there is also a bunch of hungry people cut off from their income - and who now seem to be resorting to criminality to stave off the hunger pangs!

I just found out that last night 2 of my friends got victimized; one got his iPhone 5 pick pocketed just outside the number 8 mall where the night hawkers makes walking a pure jostle avoiding being bumped onto and the second, a girl who got knocked over and robbed of her phone in the yalan area.

So if you still must come to Chang Ping, please do be extra careful. This shithole has now taken on a more dangerous patina too.

They "inspected" both the sauna as well as, more worryingly, the Ktv rooms. These harrasment tactics are really taking an effect with more and more mongers rightly staying away. I guess they are restarting the yanda and this will probably not let up to October 1 at least.

I guess CP will not be in our junk trip in the foreseable future... My Chinese colleague went for biz trip with me to Angeles City.. now they are planning the junk trip there and asking me for the approval...

My new playground is Angeles City... not KTV but bar... can be fun as well. But my all time favourite is still Taipei and Bandung for KTV fun...
