Theres no need for recommendation...just call the front desk in advance to make reservation.....saw a lot of ppl just walk up and asked for shuttle service and of coz told there's waiting list......

I have no problem booking mine , use the mandarin web to make payment , there is English on it for each input .

Only disadvantage is they do not have online check in for international flight and only 4 business seat on board, checking counter at changi airport is a mess , advice you to be there early to do checkin , return flight can do checkin via phone
