Just call two agents here. Ask them to arrange sauna at your 'target hotel'. If both cannot arrange...... then not likely to have sauna operation in the hotel.

I know that I can use a particular carrier's Internet protocol line to make Long distance calls i.e. for China mobile, I dial 12593 prior to domestic L.D. and 1259300 for International L.D. and for China Unicom 96525 and 9652500

I also remember some special charge cards only for L.D. - I remember buying one for RMB 100 and it lasted ages and one uses it by dialing17909 and 1790900 - anybody knows more about this! As this ran out a few months back and I've forgotten how I got it in the first place.
