NOw, I AM ONLY 100% speculating - that they're probably through with the crack down on fake/counterfeit goods....but....and.... that they may now start to crack down on other things. Drugs and gambling would be the other things...plus of course that which we're most concerned about!! Also, I've read too many times various opinions that China's LE are very reluctant to arrest foreigners as it means just too much hassles with all the strict procedures/paperwork they have to do when arresting foreigners. But in light of what has been happening, I AM worryingly speculating that Foreigners may now instead be targeted. Think about it - The recent crack down on illegal over-stayers/unlawful behaviour by foreigners NATIONWIDE. - The need for some "players" to burnish their credentials leading up to the upcoming CPPCCC - what's more popular than making high profile arrests of foreigners besmirching the Middle kingdom's reputation? - Foreigners are only an after thought as far as "Umbrellas" are concerned - convenient sacrificial lambs! Truly hope that I'm NOT being prophetic on all this! Anyway......! SEAN

This means that winds with mean speeds of 41 to 62 kilometres per hour are expected. At 1 p.m., Severe Tropical Storm Vicente was estimated to be about 250 kilometres south-southeast of Hong Kong (near 20.2 degrees north 115.0 degrees east) and is forecast to move north-northwest at about 12 kilometres per hour at first. Vicente is forecast to move west-northwest later and in the general direction of the coast of Western Guangdong.

CP update
Dear Bros..
Only 2 Saunas open which are Hui Hua n Hui Mei. Most KTVs are open but at 60% strength. Some BBS are open, Mayflower KTv which usually has the most gals, moved their flower street to 3rd level. Inside abt 100-200 gals jostling for your attention. Overall... I am still have a good time here, just that I'm nursing my panda like appearance. Hahaha. Cheers
