most of places in cp .. so so in safety lar... to mingle ard with the local very easy.. but choose not to stay near MM coz they make damn lotsa noise and always walk in their house in high heel..... i stay at tian er hu garden .. rent is 700 per mth 1 living room 1 balcony 1 bedroom 1 toilet and 1 kitchen.

beside rent.. u must also consider the management fee u got to pay every mth. if u .. thinking of renting short term.... u can try live in those 3 room flat with MM.. but these are special MM coz they are KEPT pets from our bros in singapore..

.. well. good thing abt living with them.. rent can share.. aprt management fee can share... water elect bill can share..sat tv can share... internet access can share.. everything also done complete.. just that .. can u share their hole with our bros.. then it is up to ur skill liao lor...
