There is nothing much in Dragonfly, to me another normal boring place... if u are there to look for gers, then forget it. If u are there for music, then forget it. If u are there to mix around with ang mos, then there are quite a few.

Hanoi is a nice place, lots of lakes and greeneries. Booked a hotel through DEPTRAI and stayed 2 nights. I was upgraded to a family room with 4 queen size beds, maybe the room i book is not available roi. But the best part is yet to come.

Well, the thing is, I have recently get to know this hanoi VB through internet, and she has kindly agreed to show me around Hanoi on her motobike.

My VB arrived at the hotel and the reception call me if to let her go up herself or I shall come down to talk to her. Of course ask her to come up herself lar. I have already plan for this VB to deliver me some sightseeing brochures so we can discuss where to go in the comfort of my room mah.

So up to the room she came. Hotel did not ask for her ID, that was the beginning, Later when she decided to stay over, she was allowed to keep her motobike in the hotel at night and have free breakfast with me in the hotel in the morning. No extra charges incurred.

Thanks DEPTRAI for arranging with the Hotel and I have memorable time with this VB. By the way, while playing mini soccer games with her, I score 6 goals, well, these 6 goals are made possible only with this friendly hotel who take her in as guest, allowing her unimpeded access to my room.

Glad u like the hotel i recommended. I told u no need to worry about the price, right? see? u get a lot more than what u bargained for. As always, its better NOT to be pennies wise but pounds foolish.

Yup, get more than what i paid for. I will be going back to the same hotel when i visit my Hanoi VB again, dont mind the price at all. Let me know if there are plan to open HCM branch.

so, just a matter of interest... do u find the northern girls very different from the southern girls? what is ur opinion.. kind to share with us ur expert view?

I am not an expert, pai seh lar, Only know 2 northern girls as compared to knowing more southern girls.

But here my 2 cents worth. I think Northern girls are a little less straight forward and keep their feelings a little bit more hidden than southern girls who are more playful and open minded. Northern girls in my opinion are more into intellectual discussions about life, work, culture etc etc, while southern girls prefer to talk about di dau choi, di dau an uong, neu anh vui em cung vui etc. However, both are into handbags i supposed, and both are into romance and laughter.

It takes different strategies to date northern and southern girls. May also take different routes and times to get them interested to play soccer games, also may or may not score goals but then regardless of northern or southern, goals can be scored nonetheless, just have to use different methods to score. Which method to use? Well the clues is in my earlier paragraph above about the differences between northern or southern girls. So adjust strategies accordingly.

That sum up my layman view of northern or southern girls. Cheers

Okok. Northern girls are more serious and conservative while Southern girls are more open minded and easy going. It is a very board generalization based on my own personal experience.
