Hi Banben, Relax II is a bar with friendly waitresses and live music / dance performance located on 36 Quang Trung Street. Beers are reasonably priced compared to other places and whiskey is about VND 800K and above I think (depending on what you like).

If you are looking for action and staying at the "S" then I am afraid your options are pretty limited. You can try your luck at Hanoi Hotel or Fortuna Boss Night club and with the girl MAY introduce you to a clean and nice short-time hotel (not very high chance) or else you have to get a room at Fortuna / Hanoi that would burn a hole in your wallet.

when are you coming up again? Hanoi is cold and lonely without you haha. Relax II now my regular haunt. Go there at least once a week. The place grows on you :P the owner should pay me commission for the amount of good stuff that I say about the place...
