Looks like there's a major sweep ongoing.. Received reliable news from a reputable bro that the following joints/massage places have been raided:

- Peppy Massage
- Princess Salon
- Kupu Kupu
- Bunga

I hear more to follow......

My friend advises all to avoid booking joints & massage joints for the time being...

U got pics for prove boh. I mention about Bunga 2 days ago and a bro ask pics for prove. KNS!! Later kena say u fly aeroplane but I only fly kite.

Don't say joints or massage place even that small road that leads to Peppy, Hallo kitty, Good one, beautiful massage place that rent kost also going to get raid from 19 to 21 Jan (3 days).

I heard Happy 8 also K.O too (there's still Sri Kandy,Matahari).

Link,Memory,PI,Gold Bird,Hawaii...they all have one thing in common (a hint).

I, thank heaven that situation has yet to alter my original CNY plans. But still,the news dont sound good.

Keeping my fingers crossed now. Hope Batam booking joints get thru this 9 more days peacefully.

Good, you are aware of what the common redeeming factor is. Looks like only these joints with the qualifying criteria will survive.

I have a feeling that booking prices will escalate very soon.

Yes,i do. There are also more than those few joints,just that those i mentioned were the ones that house the girls themselves on their very roof,which is what worries me most.

May be the other way round. Too many girls,too much competition under one roof. Those not under contract wont dare hang themselves up to sell. But the killing point still fell on the CNY season period,which technically might factor the price hike.

If these raids keep up and only selected joints are allowed to open, this means that the bosses will be operating under more stringent circumstances, which usually equates to them having to pay out more dough to maintain their 'operating licences'.

In the long run, guess where the increased operating costs will go to? As with any businesses, these will be passed on to the consumers.

I have retired from LT for several years so it won't hit me, but it will be scary if the LT rates reach the JKT level at 3-4jt.
