Batam is just about 45mins to 1 hr away from Sillypore,hehehe...anyone including my own parents would have no problem going there and coming back regardless of age. All one need is a willing heart and some behavioral control. And that kind of control is needed for all ages when travelling to any countries in the world.

The 1st night in Alishan KTV,our bill were small.And there was no girls for seating in our room at all with mami telling us no more girls left. Probably the manager look us no up since we only ordered beer/coke...lol. Maybe becos we reached at about 1030pm plus? Possible too.

2nd night the bill is 3 times more and we order beer just for "decorative purpose" as my friends planned to try everything as much as possible (eg,bring in their own liquor to see how much they charge,booking etc) and my plan? To gather as much information as possible,eg Liquor pricing,tipping,cover charge etc etc. Not forgetting my friends also "bribe" the waiter aka tip him quite a bit. The only person we didnt tip is the Mummy on the 2nd night,hehehe...cos she didnt turn up after helping one of my friend w/o girls to get a sitting girl.

In all KTVs around the world,at most time Mummies and waiters are the key people to getting things done according to our wishes,hehehe...i bet the next time my friends go to Alishan again or any Batam KTVs,they will be more "intelligent" ?

Yea,i know about how the Sillypore KTV works on sitting girls that dont butterfly to other room/s except just to keep their clients who pay for the hourly-booking accompany in the KTV room.The charges are base on per hour of company by the girls and can easily reach a few hundred Sin dollar in just one night (higher-end KTV in sillypore),hehehe...

Most of us already have an overnight booking girl booked in Batam before we hit the KTV,except one.And we manage to get one for him on the 2nd KTV night. But then,most KTV girls in Batam definitely look better than booking joint girls when they were being showcased in our room as there were no biggest ,fattest, ugliest in KTV to compare with booking joint.But comparing overnight bookable SYTs in KTV and the SYTs in overnight booking joint,it will be almost the same (other than most in KTV speaks some level of English).

There are overnight booking girls in KTVs too,except if one wish to get a overnight booking from KTV,they usually get them rather late and late here means once after the sun set whereby one is able get overnight booking girls from overnight booking joints as early as early an early afternoon. Number of bonks also depend on chemistry for KTV girls too (which i hear is usually around 2,sometimes 3 depending on tipping,stamina and chemistry).

If one plans to take overnight booking girls from KTV,the seating charge of 280k are usually waived. Thats why the overnight booking fee in Batam KTVs usually cost around 1.3 million rupiah to 1.6 million rupiah today. Seating tips of 250k will then varies from person to person as many other factors may come to play,eg girl's playability,level of enjoyment etc. Not forgetting there's also overnight booking tips the next morning when the overnight KTV girls leave.

So if one wish to book a KTV girl for overnight,you will need to add up all the upcoming "hidden" cost together which will be another field worth studying on,hehehe...

Thats as much info i gathered on Batam KTV billing so far.

Exactly my sentiment here. Just a short summary, i tried indorasa, kings, n 2x keyzha.
Im addicted to those syts boob massage.
Things appears normal at nagoya hill area....even though ramadan.
I enjoyed my stay so far.
I find walking from formosa to dc mall area....not that tiring.
Actually quite straightforward.

The minimum spending part i know about it before entering Alishan,but the tipping of Mami part is quite unique. I wouldnt have knew if you didnt say it and it is worth a try if one day i were to go to any Batam KTV again. Like i say earlier,Mamis and waiters are usually the key people to having things done our way in most any other countries. And this seems to be yet another "key" worth the experimenting in all Batam KTVs if i am given a chance.

Dont worry about it,the way i say it is to try to explain to you why i did not share the amount in my last summary as compare to the others. Its a different type of group trip,not a newbie group trip. So i didnt really monitor how much i spend as i didnt have to. There isnt even an itinerary for 2nd and 3rd night of the trip as mentioned,hehehe...

Anyway,i am hoping for the best in my coming July trip which i am expecting it to be better than the June trip. Wish me luck!

Finally I'm back....

Here's the promise summary. It is not all bonking...in fact no bonk.
I just want to share my experience....something like a field trip report.
I m going into detail and I hope no offence...if you guys dun like the long winded....please skip my post. Im sure my report should benefit those newbies....old bird can just skip ba.

Day 1 (27 June)

Woke up early as like going for work.
Reach Harbour Front at 8.10am....straight to Sindo (ok...I have the NTUC card...so might as well make full use.) Realize no longer need the Arrival card....have to double confirm with the Sindo ppl.
Damn....9 am fully book....take the next at 10.20am. It is full ferry....all the seats occupied. Looks like many senior folks. SG50 package??

Reach Batam Centre. Go for KAHA counter. Ask for Formosa.
Chap quoted S$70!! I told him so expensive !!. I say I consider...then go use calculator to check how much rupiah is S$70...wow...really a lot. Then the chap call me and say $65....actually still too expensive....but took it for 2 nights.
He make call....told me no single bed deluxe....only twin bed deluxe...ok lah....I wanted to stay Formosa coz Bro Nono recommend...n I never stay there before.
I was figuring out how much rupiah to pay...then the chap told me can pay in SGD. Pass him SGD150...but he say no change....lucky I have SGD30 remain...so pay him in full.
Collect the hotel vouchers and went to Sindo to make return trip booking.

Cross over to Megamall.....deposit my bag at ATM centre (i took a pic here....but no time to post).....walk around n then have my lunch at BYZA.

Went to Matahari and walk around...all selling T-shirts....price quite nice. Decided I will visit the one at Nagoya Hill Mall later.
Walk out and taxi ppl come...quoted 70k to Formosa....reject. Walk further down and settle for 50k.
The taxi chap ask many questions.....the I realise he is trying to promote himself as travel driver in batam. He spoke quite good english.....anyway, I took down his number.....but I had no intention to call him.

Reach Formosa....here is where I remember Bro Nono's tactic.....I exit first, then I dig out my wallet to pay him.
No issues. I bet in China this wont work coz the driver will make sure you sit infront if you are alone and will insist you pay before opening the door.
I was doing the check in...then suddenly the driver appear from my side....n remind me to call him.... I was shock as it was invading my privacy and I have to remind Bros here...sometimes it should be a good idea to alight at somewhere nearby n walk to the hotel.
Maybe tell the driver a nearby hotel (from your real hotel) then walk to the hotel. Is this a good idea??

Got a room at 2nd level.... the recep told me in chinese (think she is like the senior there) I can change the room to a single bed on Sunday after 12pm. Collect keycard n took the lift.
hmm....the corridor looks impressive....but I was disappointed when I reach the room. It was old....the vinyl tiles were squeaky....carpet abit dusty n musky.
Bed was ok though. The bathtub was....yellowish. Toilet bowl the inner side got a slight faeces stain. Washing basin the tap water flow cannot control at times.
I guess it is peak so....maybe no chance even if I ask for change. Make do with that....then I find the wifi crappy. Will lose connection. Must position myself near the door then will have a measely 0.5 bar.
Darn, sunday must ask for change. If you ask me....I can get a much much better quality room for S$50 in china.

Step out...first mission...find out where Goldbird is. Nope I have no intention of looking for gal....further more it is Ramadan and I should be late liao.

Following the map provided in Bro Nono's post....located Goodway....and cross over the road. Frankly speaking the distance is not far from Formosa....I would say 10 mins....but the heat was terrible....
Turn in n saw Lai Lai hotel first. Walk towards it n decided to turn right....mistake nothing there. Make a U turn...n I saw Batam Star...here I was a bit lost.
