Better do a simple valuation on your flat first. Then after the sale, have to see how much goes back to your parent's CPF.
Selling a flat getting the cash is not as easy as what you are saying now.
Like u said earlier, the key word here is "investments" savings. The word "investments" don't mean 100% earn.

I have been with my bookie for years,he is staying near my place,everytime when win money,i can collect the money within 2hrs after results of toto and football.He has earn alot of commission and water money from me all these years.I do not see why he do not trust me.Except like what i said,i am in bkk now,hard to place my bets.Of course i am aware of internet betting.I do have accounts for betting online.But there are certain bets that the payback is better with my bookie.Win full most of the time.That is why sometimes i can accept bets myself and open plates.

I was implying that the flat will goes to me in the future.Did not i say that in future when i sell the flat??The flat has been paid in full already.Its not those new flats at new residential area with low value.I was meaning that 10yrs down the road,when the flat is finally mine,since i am the only child.I do not need to share the sale of my flat.I did not say i will sell the house and let my parents go bkk or slp outside.That was what i meant.That is why i saying with that setback of 7million baht,not including my own stuff is able to provide a living for me in bkk...Correct me if i am wrong??
